"Pathetic. Very rude behaviour. Not ready to change my bike battery as it was purchased from other city. While exide claims an all india warranty. I am writing this after addition of comment from akash distributor that I don't have bill and warranty card. Here I want to inform that I had proper bill and warranty registration of my battery. However, he was refusing to exchange my battery as I had purchased my battery from Mumbai and not from nearby. Well, in the end he helped for one thing and checked my battery which was thankfully working fine. So I was escaped from Akash distributor's tantrums.
